Refund Policy
We take utmost care about the packages purchased by our customers.
We always strive for 100% satisfaction of our customers related to the Xpertech Solution LLC. But, if some time things go wrong or in the unlikely event related to Xpertech Solution LLC, we do have refund policy for our customers.

There are some eligibility criteria for refund of amount, which are as follows:-
If you are not given application as described you can ask for full refund within 30 days of order processing.
If any application doesn’t work functionally, either you can ask for free repair and maintenance service or you can ask for refund within initial 30 days of order processed by emailing us at- support@xpertechsolution.com/ xpertechsolution@outlook.com.
All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of US/India, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes.
No questions would be asked within 30 days of order if not satisfy.

Note: Customers are covered for free application repair or consult services till the time our Softwares are subscribed on your devices. You are not eligible for Refund:
• Incident based plan:
• Not eligible for any refund if the case is closed as resolved after customer's permission.
• Not eligible for any refund if within a week the case gets closed as resolved after customer’s permission.
• Not eligible for any refund if customer does not notify us either by email or phone calls in case of reoccurring of the same issue within seven days.
• Quarter Plan:
• Not eligible for any refund if one or more issues are resolved after customer’s permission OR 15 days of subscription have passed.
• Not eligible for any refund if multiple cases which are fixed and something goes wrong on the computer after 15 days of subscription due to hardware damage; however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be switched to a new computer.
• Not eligible for any refund if customer does not notify us either by email or phone calls in case of reoccurring of the same issue within 15 days.
• Six Months/One Year:
• Not eligible for any refund if one or more issues are resolved after customer’s permission OR 30 days of subscription have passed.
• Not eligible for any refund if multiple cases which are fixed and something goes wrong on the computer after 30 days of subscription due to hardware damage; however services will be continued on the existing computer or can be switched to a new computer.

• Not eligible for any refund if customer does not notify us either by email or phone calls in case of reoccurring of the same issue within 30 days.

Note: Xpertech Solution LLC is always with you for help in different ways. We encouraged that before filing any dispute, kindly give us a call or send email so that final settlement can be done as per mutual understanding.
