Additionally, the fact that with one support firm was helping us, meaning home and office, Xpertech was available to help our needs. We have had Xpertech help for 3 of our computers for several years now. Our tech has been KD Sharma and we absolutely love and appreciate him. He has helped us with not only regular clean ups and updates but also some scary times when our computer has been hacked and he was able to remove the hacker from our computer. As we are not very computer savvy this gives us great peace of mind. We highly recommend Xpertech !!!
