1. Limitation of Liability

Xpertech Solution LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the amounts paid by you under the Plan Order that is the subject of the dispute.

All services and content provided by Xpertech Solution LLC are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.


2. General Terms
  • Services are currently available in English only. Support in other languages will be offered on a best-effort basis.
  • Abuse Policy: Verbal, written, or any other abuse (including threats or retribution) directed towards Xpertech Solution LLC employees, members, or officers will result in immediate termination of services.
  • Reselling or modifying our services for third-party use is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Any liabilities arising from unauthorized use will be your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptance of Agreement

By using Xpertech Solution LLC services or clicking “I Agree,” “I Accept,” or “Submit” on our website, you:

  • Agree to conduct all transactions electronically, including entering into this agreement.
  • Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined in this agreement, including any amendments.

4. Payments and Billing
  • Your credit card or debit card information is not stored by Xpertech Solution LLC.
  • By providing your payment details, you authorize Xpertech Solution LLC to:
    • Charge and/or place holds on your card for unpaid charges related to services.
    • Continue attempts to charge your card for any outstanding amounts until paid in full.
  • If charges cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or invalid card information, an additional $20.00 fee will be applied.

Payment terms are also subject to the policies of your card issuer.


5. Data Protection
  • Xpertech Solution LLC is not responsible for any data loss due to hardware failure or other causes. Customers are encouraged to back up their data regularly.
  • No Backup Services: Customers are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all data before requesting services.
  • Licensed Software Only: Xpertech Solution LLC does not support the installation of unlicensed software. Ensure you have legitimate copies of all necessary software.

6. Service-Specific Policies
  • Xpertech Solution LLC reserves the right to decline or terminate services if the terms outlined here are violated.
  • Unauthorized use or abuse of services, including reselling, will result in immediate suspension of services.

7. Changes to Terms

Xpertech Solution LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any updates.
